School is out for the summer, and if you're looking for a fun activity for your kids and family, come and join us for a morning or afternoon section on a day of yoga and meditation at the park. Kids from K to 5 are welcome. Parents are welcome to stay and join in.
The aim is to help children learn the life skill of emotional intelligence from a young age.
What We Do:
We dance, we breathe, we do yoga, we do meditation & we share.
What you need:
Please bring along a mat, blanket, and a cuddly toy if you wish. (We will provide a mat if they don’t have one)
