Join the PA Department of Agriculture and the PA Department of Labor and Industry's State Workforce Development Board as we explore the agricultural industry and the unique workforce opportunities and challenges employers experience.
Workforce development professionals will have the opportunity to tour Bow Creek Farm, a local cattle farm, and Troegs Independent Brewing. Participants will learn about the various careers within the agricultural industry and common workforce and labor needs and will get to network and learn from ag employers.
Please Note: Participants will leave from the PWDA conference at 3:00 pm and must provide their own transportation. Registrants will receive additonal details after registration, prior to the event.
