Payment Terms: Due at registration per student.

Refunds: Refunds are not allowed. We will be glad to reserve you a seat in a future virtual class at no additional fee if you are not able to attend your registered class. A no-call, no-show to a class will not be refunded- however, we will be glad to reserve a seat in a future virtual class.

Order Confirmation: Once an order has been placed through the system, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the person placing the order and the student. Please check your e-mail immediately. In addition, please check your Spam folder in case the confirmation email goes to Spam. If you do not receive an e-mail immediately, please e-mail us at iicrc@wilsontrainership.com with your name, email address and the name of the student registered. We will research and re-send the confirmation e-mail.

If you are unable to attend the scheduled class on these dates, it is YOUR responsibility to contact us at iicrc@wilsontrainership.com or 205-678-2224 to reschedule. We do not provide refunds. We will be glad to reschedule you for a future class, but again, it is YOUR responsibility to contact us.

Frequently asked questions

Does the price for the on-line class include registration and exam fee for the IICRC WRT exam?

No, it is a separate fee and process. Details are included in the initial registration e-mail.

An emergency has come up and I cannot attend the class, what do I do?

No problem, we can easily transfer your class seat to another class. Just contact us by email at iicrc@wilsontrainership.com.

What materials do I need in order to take the on-line class?

The introductory registration e-mail has all the information you need to take the class. You will need to print out the class materials prior to the class beginning. In addition, you will need to register for the IICRC exam (if you are taking the class for certification purposes).

How can I take this class on-line, what equipment do I need?

We recommend that each student has their own computer with audio and video capabilities (webcam and microphone). Students can also use an iPad, although it does not provide the best viewing options.
