Signature Classes:

Positive Resonance – Harmonic Empowerment
Tuesdays (21 and 28 April, 6.30-7.30pm)

An immersive sound experience that blends gentle tones and mindful listening to shift your awareness, calm your mind, and open space for presence and connection.

Vital Breath Practice
Thursdays (23 and 30 April, 6.30 - 7.30pm)

A guided Pranayama breath session to ease tension, soothe your nervous system, and bring clarity, balance, and steady focus to your body and mind.

Mindful Resistance Training
Saturdays (18 and 25 April, 12.00 - 1.00pm)

A guided resistance session blending simple strength work with mental awareness, helping you recognise and move beyond the limits your mind places on your body.
