Welcome to the OMBA Women's Mountain Bike Adventure Series! Get ready for an epic day of mountain biking at Picture Rock Trail in Lyons, Co. Join us on Sat July 20, 2024 for a fun-filled day of riding, exploring, and making new friends. This event is perfect for all skill levels, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro. These rides are open to OMBA members who are women or identify as such.
This is a no drop ride and no one will be left behind. There will always be a swipe rider to hold up the end. If enough women join, riders will split into groups based on speed and ability.
This ride will have a carpool meet up location to travel to the ride destination. If you choose not to meet at carpool location, please arrive at Picture Rock Trailhead to connect with the carpool group.
Note: Carpool meet time is 8:00am.
Date: July 20, 2024
Destination: Picture Rock Trail.
Trail Mileage: approx 14 miles
Carpool Location: Front Range Community College at 8:00am. The approximate time the carpool group will arrive at the Picture Rock Trailhead is 9:00am.
What to Bring: Bike in good working order, helmet, proper riding gear for weather, water for duration of ride, snacks, change of clothes, items to fix a flat and other minor mechanicals
Fee's: No fee's is required to park in parking lot. The General Mission ticket in Eventbrite is free.
