Join us at our next Warehouse Market for a special olive curing workshop with our GM Richard Seymour.
Neighbourhood trees are packed full of fruit at the moment and in the interest of minimising food waste we want to teach you our recipe for naturally fermenting olives.
What you will need to bring:
<UL>
<LI>1 - 5kgs of Olives (harvest your backyard, ask a neighbour or forage)</LI>
<LI>A bucket or jar (if you plan for this to be the vessel you cure in, it will need a lid). If you can't find one of these, we will provide a bucket w/lid</LI>
</UL>
We will provide:

<LI>All other ingredients</LI>
<LI>Bucket if required</LI>
</UL>
