Debe tomar en consideración lo siguiente:

1. Es necesario completar un relevo de responsabilidad antes de comenzar el recorrido.
2. En el registro de reservación debe informar de alergias o condiciones de salud existentes de usted y todas las personas que estén en su grupo.
3. Turismo Borincano fijará un punto de encuentro con las personas participantes. Debe estar en el punto de encuentro a la hora indicada para completar el relevo de responsabilidad. Por motivos de seguridad, el punto de encuentro solo se informa después de reservar su espacio.
4. En Turismo Borincano se habla de la historia, la cultura, la gastronomía, y la biodiversidad del destino visitado. Nuestros recorridos son para enriquecer su vida de conocimiento y de experiencias.
5. Cada participante debe traer merienda, agua y dinero para sus compras de alimentos, si el tour no lo incluye.
6. Es recomendable el uso de ropa deportiva y fresca. Flexible. No recomendamos utilizar zapatos con tacón o elevados. Las superficies en las que estaremos caminando podrían tener desniveles.
7. Las superficies en las que estaremos podrían tener desniveles y elementos de la naturaleza (ramas, piedras, entre otros).
8. Uso de repelente de mosquitos, natural u orgánico si es posible.
9. Uso de bloqueador solar, natural u orgánico si es posible, sombrero.
10. Uso de zapatos cerrados que se puedan ensuciar o mojar. Que tengan buen agarre al suelo.
11. Ropa y zapatos para cambiarse. Por si llueve o simplemente desea cambiarse al final del recorrido.
12. Llevar consigo un chubasquero (‘poncho’, ‘impermeable’) para la lluvia.
13. Cámara para la captura de sus memorias en el lugar.
14. Tener muchas ganas de respirar aire fresco y conocer la Isla del Encanto.

¿Cómo Turismo Borincano define el Nivel de Dificultad?

Nivel 1: Fácil | Personas de todas las edades pueden participar.

Nivel 2: Moderado | Requiere un poco de condición física para caminar por tramos poco accesibles. Menores de edad deben estar en todo momento bajo supervisión de su adulto encargado.

Nivel 3: Difícil | Requiere buena condición física. Es probable que los terrenos estén desnivelados, rocosos o resbaladizos. No se recomienda la participación de menores de edad (-21).

Nivel 4: Extremo | Requiere que los participantes tengan excelente condición física. Los terrenos están desnivelados, rocosos o resbaladizos. No se permite la participación de menores de edad (-21).

Una vez comprados, los boletos de los recorridos no se pueden reembolsar ni reprogramar. Nuestros recorridos a menudo se agotan y su espacio está garantizado en el recorrido. No ofrecemos créditos parciales o reprogramación por asistencia parcial, ausencia o llegadas tardías.

Nuestra ubicación, como país, es una zona propensa a eventos atmosféricos como lluvias, tormentas y huracanes. Evaluamos el pronóstico del tiempo para garantizar la seguridad de nuestros participantes. Los recorridos no se cancelarán debido a las advertencias de lluvia.

Recomendamos llevar capa o paraguas para eventos al aire libre. Nos reservamos el derecho de cancelar o posponer cualquier recorrido debido a eventos climáticos extremos. En este caso, se le ofrecerá la opción de devolución de dinero o crédito para la compra de otro recorrido.

Considerate the following:

1. It is necessary to complete a release of responsibility (waiver) before starting the tour.
2. In the reservation you must report if you have allergies or existing health conditions and identify all the people who are in your group.
3. Turismo Borincano will set a meeting point for the participants. You must be at the meeting point at the indicated time to complete the registration and to fill the release of responsibility. For security reasons, the meeting point will only be shared with you after completing the reservation.
4. Turismo Borincano talks about the history, the culture, the gastronomy, and the biodiversity of the visited destination. Our tours are to enrich your life with knowledge and experiences.
5. Each participant must bring snacks, water, and money for their food purchases, if the tour does not include it.
6. The use of sports and fresh clothing is recommended. Flexible. We do not recommend wearing high-heeled or elevated shoes. The surfaces we will be walking on could be uneven.
7. The surfaces we will be on could have unevenness and elements of nature (branches, stones, among others).
8. Use of mosquito repellent, natural or organic if possible.
9. Use organic or natural sunscreen, and a hat. (or maybe an umbrella)
10. Wear closed shoes that can get dirty or wet. A pair with a good grip on the ground.
11. Bring extra clothes and shoes to change. In case it rains, or you just want to change at the end of the tour.
12. Bring a raincoat ('poncho', 'impermeable') for the rain.
13. Bring a camera to capture your memories during your experience.
14. Be enthusiastic about breathing fresh air and get to know La Isla del Encanto.

How does Turismo Borincano define Level of Difficulty?

Level 1: Easy | People of all ages can participate.

Level 2: Moderate | Requires moderate physical condition to walk through some inaccessible sections. Minors must always be under adult supervision.

Level 3: Difficult | Requires a good physical condition. The ground will probably be uneven, rocky, or slippery. Not recommended for underage participants (-21).

Level 4: Extreme | Requires participants to be in high physical condition. The ground will be uneven, rocky, or slippery. No minors are allowed to participate (-21).

Return Policy (extract)

The purchase of this service or product is final. No returns will be issued for this service or product.

Once purchased, tour tickets cannot be refunded or rescheduled. Our tours often sell out, and your space is guaranteed on the tour. We do not offer partial credit or rescheduling for partial attendance, no-shows, or late arrivals.

Our geographical location as a country is an area prone to atmospheric events such as rain, storms, and hurricanes. We evaluate the weather forecast to ensure the safety of our participants. Tours will not be canceled due to rain warnings.

We recommend bringing a raincoat or umbrella for outdoor events. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone any tour due to extreme weather events. In such event, you will be offered the option of a refund or credit towards the purchase of another tour.
