Dr. Luann Purcell currently is president of Luann Purcell, LLC where she consults and is a strategic analyst for educational and associational organizations. Her tag sums up her current professional philosophy: Learning, Leading, and Progressing! She recently retired as the Executive Director of the International Council of Administrators of Special Education, Inc (CASE), a division of the Council for Exceptional Children (CEC).

Andrea R. Kunkel worked for 24 years as an attorney at Rosenstein, Fist & Ringold, where she practiced special education and education law on behalf of Oklahoma public schools. Ms. Kunkel is the staff attorney for CCOSA, the Cooperative Council of Oklahoma School Administrators, where she advises and trains school administrators concerning special education and education law issues and serves as the liaison to the ODSS group.
