What are your cancellation terms?

Accepted Answer

More than 14 days before starting date of the tour – the deposit.
14 – 2 days before starting date of the tour – 50% of tour cost.
Less than 48 hours before starting date of the tour – 100% of the tour cost.

Question 2

What should I bring with me on the day?

Accepted Answer

Appropriate footwear as per the activity planned, warm clothing (hat, gloves, layers) waterproof pants and jacket, water flask, sunglasses, suncream, snacks
Sauna:  A towel, water, bathing wear, sandals

Question 3

Do I need travel insurance?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance cover for cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, personal luggage, money and public liability before you travel in order to cover yourself.

Question 4

How many people can I expect on the day?

Accepted Answer

There is a minimum booking of 2 people and a maximum of 6 on any full day tour.
