Ohio Student Voting Summit

A nonpartisan conference educating Ohio college students and administrators about best practices in civic engagement spaces.

All Ohio schools are invited and there is no limit on the number of students from each school who can attend.The summit will be from 10 am to 1 pm on Thursday, September 17, 2020.The Ohio Student Voting Summit is hosted by Campus Vote Project, All Voting is Local, Campus Election Engagement Project and Students Learn Students Vote.Students, faculty, and administrators from Ohio colleges and universities will attend the summit to learn how to best approach civic participation in the time of COVID-19.The Ohio Student Voting Summit will feature the following opportunities:<ul><li>Understanding Voter Registration and the Mail-In Voting Process</li><li>Instruction on best practices for voter education</li><li>Digital Organizing</li><li>Connecting to networks, tools, and resources such as the National Study of Learning, Voting, and Engagement (NSLVE), the Strengthening American Democracy action plan template, the Voter Friendly Campus Designation, and the ALL IN Campus Democracy Challenge</li></ul>The Ohio Student Voting Summit is a free event, meaning there is no conference fee for invited students.
