Are the campsites primitive or is there electric and water?

We are a licensed campground with over 200 camp sites.  All sites are equipped with water and  30 amp electrical hookups. There are 2 dump stations located on site.

Is the live music included with camping or do I need a ticket?

Access to live music and vendor areas for up to 4 individuals is included with the camping reservation.

Question 3

If I have more than 4 people in my camper what is the cost for additional festival passes.

A weekend pass can be purchased as an add on for $50 per person.

Question 4

Can I come to see he bands if I am not camping?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can access all events happening on the fairgrounds property by purchasing a daily ticket, available in the ticketing link. If you want to come for one day only - just purchase the daily pass for that day.

Will there be alcohol available at the event?

There will be beer and wine available in Fairhaven Hall for the concert on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

How are the camping sites allocated for the solar eclipse event?

Accepted Answer

All sites are available on a first come, first served basis.  While there is plenty of room, we cannot hold specific areas in advance of anyone's arrival.

Are nearby amenities and stores accessible from the campsites?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Walmart, Target, Dollar Stores, gas stations, and a variety of restaurants (30+) less than 10 minutes away.

What restroom facilities are available on site?

There are ample restrooms in 5 different buildings throughout the grounds but to be prepared for the possible  volume of event guests we are adding another 20 port-a-johns to ensure that there are no long lines.

Are there showers on site?

Yes, we have restroom facilities and include showers for both men and women.

Question 10

Can I use a generator at my camp site?

Accepted Answer

Yes, generators are allowed except during quite time hours of 11 pm to 7 am.

Quite time at the campsite is from 11 pm to 7 am.

Question 12

Are pets allowed at the campsite?

Accepted Answer

No,  only service animals are permitted.

Question 13

How many vehicles can be parked at each campsite?

Accepted Answer

Each site is allowed 1 vehicle.  There will be an additional lot available for any additional vehicles.

What is the refund policy on reservations?

Accepted Answer

Reservations are non-refundable.

Question 15

Is there waste disposal on site?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we will provide trash barrels and dumpsters on site for campers' convenience.

Question 16

Are there any communal areas or shelters?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there will be several climate controlled buildings that will be open for the entire event.
