What is a photography meetup? Follow @Ohsnapproductions_ on IG

A photography meetup is a local event organized by creatives including: photographers, models, makeup artists, videographers and more. The purpose is to meetup on a specific time and day to collaborate, network and shoot photography together in an event setting.

Once the meetup is complete, you share your images with your social networks and other attendees from the shoot in order to gain more exposure with different people. It is expected that, once ready, photos taken by photographers at the event will be shared to the organizer and the models who attended!!

Where are we meeting in Coney Island?

The exact starting point and meetup route will be emailed to all RSVPs ONE WEEK prior to the meetup.

Does a donation mean I’m RSVPd to attend the meetup?

Yes. Your donation goes towards Oh Snap! and helping maintain the quality of our meetups

Will there be a designated changing area?

We will have a changing tent available, but there will also be public restrooms available in the area.

Can I bring a guest with me?

Yes, we encourage everyone to RSVP to receive all the details regarding location, times and route. This also helps give us a headcount for our supplies we provide.

Did you know the Mermaid parade was the same day?

Yes, we are aware but we have planned the time and route to not cross paths with the parade until the end of our meetup. The parade will be 1pm-5pm but there may be some parade guests lingering around the area afterwards

How will I receive my photos from the meetup?

All photographers agree to send final images to models then work with when the photos are ready. Some will send Dropbox, Google drive, we transfer, or other file sharing methods
