We train you from the ground up. To participate, applicants must:<ul><li>Be 18 years of age or older</li><li>Be a New York State resident</li><li>Successfully complete an interview and screening process</li><li>High school diploma or G.E.D. required</li></ul> Participants receive: 📚 🪚<ul><li>Hands-on offshore wind and construction training</li><li>Industry-recognized safety and construction certifications</li><li>Career readiness support (resumes, interviews, job placement)</li><li>Direct connections to employers hiring across New York State</li></ul> Eligible participants who successfully complete the program 🎓 will receive a $1,500 completion stipend 💵 to help offset living expenses while preparing for employment.
