Do I really have to put my phone away?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Throughout the evening, we ask that phones be silenced and placed in secure locker boxes. If you are expecting an urgent call or have an emergency situation, please let us know,  accommodations can always be made.

Question 2

What if I don’t want to talk to anyone?

Accepted Answer

That’s completely fine. The first portion of the event is intentionally quiet. You’re welcome to read, journal, think, or simply sit. There is no pressure to socialize.

Do I need to bring anything?

No, but many people bring:
• A book
• A journal
• A sketchbook
• A crossword
We also provide offline options for those who don't bring anything.

Can I come alone?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Most people will. Indy Offline is designed to be comfortable whether you arrive solo or with someone.

What if I’m late?

Accepted Answer

You’re welcome to join quietly. Please be mindful of arrival if the focused time is still going on.

Discounts, Donations and Refunds?

Accepted Answer

We offer discounts for students, educators, healthcare workers, military, and first responders. Donate board games, books, or crafting supplies and your tickets are on us. No refunds, but your ticket can be used at a future event if you can’t attend. Reach out to: Indianapolisoffline@gmail.com
