Check-in, grab a drink, get some food nearby and get set up for the focused reflection time.

The first 30 minutes are intentionally quiet. During this time you are welcome to: read, journal, sketch, think, sit, eat, or just connect with yourself.

After the quiet hour, the music will come up. This is the time to socialize , chat with someone new, play a quiet game, or connect with the people around you. If you’d rather keep reading or writing, you’re welcome to continue doing your own thing. There’s no pressure either way.
