After beginning her career as an early hire at a $500M tech startup, she launched a kitchen-born beauty brand into a multi seven-figure business carried in 600+ retail doors, and later founded a brick-and-mortar concept that supported 100+ artisan brands across two high-traffic locations for nearly a decade. Today, Ratliff is the founder of minglemood.co, an invite-only platform redefining modern dating through intentional matchmaking. She also serves as a strategist and thought partner to 7- and 8-figure brands; helping founders clarify positioning, unlock new revenue streams, and build the systems and experiences needed to scale. Ratliff has been featured in publications such as the New York Times, Vogue, and the SF Chronicle, and has received numerous awards, including Visa’s “She’s Next in Fashion and Beauty”, Meta Elevate and JPMorgan’s “Breakthrough” award. In her free time, she enjoys music and dancing, film, practicing languages (she is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese), and spending time in nature.
