Description

100 Sails Restaurant & Bar presents “Off The Eaten Path,” a quarterly chef’s table concept. On Wednesday, May 22 at 6:00 p.m. locals and guests are welcome to experience Hawai‘i’s cultural evolution – from traditional to modern – with a transformative story told through creative cuisine. Featuring Prince Waikiki’s Sous Chef, Jared Suekawa, this eight-course dinner will take guests through Hawai‘i’s culinary history, from pre missionary contact, post missionary contact, the plantation era, to today. Dine with us in our Naio Room and experience the progression of Hawai‘i cuisine.
