A Dopo Sourdough Pizza

For A Dopo's second wine class, we'll be stepping away from the classic grape varieties like Chardonnay and Cabernet and sinking our teeth into the world of lesser known grapes like Vitovska, Malvasia, or Blaufränkisch for example.  Join us for a fun evening of wine theory and tasting paired with snacks by our wood-fired kitchen.  Your sommelier, (and our friend) Maja Roy is one of the foremost experts on relatively unknown wine regions and “off-the-beaten-path grape varieties,” and she is passionate to share them with you!
