You are invited to the premier screening Of Seas and Silence, a collaborative film by Lynn-Maree Milburn, Wendy Smith and Cathy Henenberg.
This film arose from the transformational experiences of the recent global pandemic and the growing awareness that the world as we knew it was changing, perhaps forever.
Our project began as a movement piece and evolved into a cinematic form, experimental in nature, poetic and emotive in its visual language with a strong dreamlike narrative. With dancers as the main characters, we explore emotional and psychic communication through gesture and movement that we hope speaks directly to heart and mind.
