Are we provided housing?

Housing will not be provided by the conference organizers. To save costs, we invite you to book a room at a hotel nearby or book an AirBnB in Reno!

What airport should we fly into? Transportation?

Reno-Tahoe International Airport is only a 10-minute drive from the University campus and central to most of the Reno area. Uber and Lyft is available in the area, with rides from the airport ranging anywhere from $15-$20 depending on the day.

What does our registration cover?

Registration costs will cover conference swag and other materials provided to conference attendees.

Do we have to purchase our own meals?

Yes and No. We will cover some meals, but we'll make it known and provide enough time between events to have your meals.

What is there to do in Reno?

Reno has a Roller Kingdom (roller skating), a marina for outdoor activities, an Axe Bar and movies around! The social environment in downtown Reno is lively with plenty of options for anyone 18 and over.
