A ll three of the offerings below will be offered on October 21st. Please review each offering to determine which session is best for you. If you have any questions please send us a message.
Class + Exam Session:
The class runs from 8 am to 4 pm, and includes lunch and breaks. After the class you can take the test if you’d like or you can wait to complete the test only the next available ServSafe Class. The test portion of the class runs 4 pm- 6 pm.
Registration: You will need to make an account on the ServSafe website before the exam. Please be sure to register on ServSafe (this can be done at the same time that you purchase your book) website before taking the class and exam.

The ServSafe Manager book 7th Edition costs $50.50.

E xam Only Session:
- The exam runs from 3 pm to 5pm. If you finish the exam early you may leave earlier.
Registration:You will need to make an account on the ServSafe website before the exam. Please be sure to register on ServSafe (this can be done at the same time that you purchase your book) website before taking the class and exam.

- COURSE REQUIREMENTS: Have an active ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certificate. The renewal course must be taken before the expiration date of your Minnesota Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM)certificate.
- Two available times to attend: 8 :00 AM-12:00 PM or 12:00 PM-4:00 PM

You will have up to two hours to complete the test, which is electronic. You will receive your results immediately upon submission.
If you don't pass the test on the first attempt, you have the opportunity to retake it one more time within 30 days.
If you do not pass the test on the second attempt, you must wait 6 months before retaking both the class and the test.

To participate in the renewal course, you must have an active ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certificate. The course must be taken before the expiration date of your Minnesota Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) certificate.
The renewal session offers two time slots: - 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM - 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Yes, you must complete at least four (4) hours of approved continuing education before the expiration date of your Minnesota CFPM certificate.
Failure to complete the required four (4) hours of approved continuing education before the expiration date will result in the need to retake an initial course exam and provide proof of a passing score.
You have up to six (6) months after the expiration date of your Minnesota CFPM certificate to submit your renewal application, certification fee, and continuing education course certificates.
