• Individuals with internet or payment concerns should call or text (316)768-2096 or 316-312-4338 Monday – Thursday 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for alternate instructions. If you reach our voicemail, please only leave one message. Multiple voicemails slow us down!

RESCHEDULING: Must be done 48 hours in advance or participants are recorded as no-shows. No-shows are charged a $20 rescheduling fee.

NO REFUNDS: If you have not rescheduled within 90 days, your fee will expire. You will be issued a donation receipt. Future reservations will be an additional $95.00.

NO ADMITTANCE AFTER SCHEDULED START TIME. Doors open and check-in begins 15 minutes prior to scheduled start time. The panel lasts 1.5 hours and ends by dismissal. There is no food, drink, tobacco products, or vaping allowed. All devices must be turned off before scheduled start time.

P ARKING: PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE GARAGE. Street and public parking are available.

Our speakers are volunteers. They are investing their time in our community and in you. To earn proof of attendance, your full attention is required whether attending in person or virtual panels. Please stay seated, no food or drink, no cell phones, no talking, no sleeping or lying down, no driving or multitasking. Examples of multitasking include but are not limited to feeding cattle, doing dishes, getting a haircut, riding on a bus or in a car. (These have all happened).

• You are expected to be respectful to security, volunteers, staff, our facilitator, and our victim speakers.

• Those found to be disruptive or disrespectful will be removed from the panel. Their probation officer will be notified, their prepaid attendance fees will become a donation to the agency, and they will be charged a full reservation fee of $95 to attend a future panel.

• Anyone checking in with an odor of alcohol on their breath, or visibly impaired will not be admitted. They will be asked to reschedule. Proof of Attendance:

Certificates of completion are issued weekly and are sent to the email address that you have provided no later than the Monday following the panel date you attend. If your certificate is not received, please check your junk mail folder before contacting the agency at 316-768-2096. Reports are sent to court contacts for which we have information.

COVID-19 DISCLAIMER: We will be following all recommended best practice guidelines including social distancing. We encourage and may require masks based on local directives.

Inclement Weather: If it is determined that it is unsafe for in person attendees, participants will be contacted to reschedule at no charge.
