Attending yoga classes can help you take charge of your health and happiness. A little goes a long way. 30 minutes of simple, yet effective movement is enough to keep you feeling your best. A consistent yoga practice offers many great benefits such as reduced stress, improved strength and flexibility, pain relief, increased energy, and a more positive attitude.
This class is for everyone, whether you've been practicing yoga for 10 years, or if it's your first time trying it out.
This class will be held in the Multipurpose room at Orangeburg County Library, 1645 Russell Street, Orangeburg, SC.
Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle! We will have a small number on-hand for those without one.
