Join us on the beach this morning for a revitalizing 30-minute guided meditation followed by a reflective 30-minute journaling session. Start your day infused with energy and inspiration!

Join us on this very special morning to unplug, unwind, and connect with yourself and wonderful new like-minded girlfriends. The more aligned and clear you are, the more closely you can listen to your soul and where it's guiding you. You already have all the answers within yourself, all you need to do is listen, connect, and tap into your power.

What you can expect:
7:30 AM: Arrival
7:45 AM: Meditation begins
8:15 AM: Journaling begins (Journals will be provided)
8:45 AM: Reflective 30-min women's circle
