Join us for a sound bath experience at the Ocean Discovery Center featuring the soundscape of Gray’s Reef National Marine Sanctuary.

Our partners from Tybee Wellness Retreats/Nomad and Wind Over Heaven will lead a unique experience of sound energy, ocean resonance, mindfulness, and meditation at the Gray's Reef Ocean Discovery Center, benefiting the <a href="https://graysreeffoundation.org/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Gray's Reef Chapter</a> of the National Marine Sanctuary Foundation.Focusing on ocean vibrations helps to relax and release stress, anxiety, and tension while resonating with the sounds of the sea. This hour-long session will refresh and restore your mind and body while immersing you in the sights and sounds of our Atlantic Ocean sanctuary - no fins required!Class participants bring their own yoga mat, blanket, or comfort items for lounging, sitting, or laying down in the Ocean Discovery Center.Discounts available for <a href="https://graysreeffoundation.org/membership/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Gray's Reef Society members</a>!
