Discover the essence of Community Music Therapy, focusing on the collective experience of music-making as a means to foster connection, healing, and shared expression. We will explore the rhythms and textures of the drums and the sea together, and invite the power of community and creativity as a form of musical healing.
Join us to explore how music can ground & unite us in a supportive environment, enhancing well-being and social bonds through the shared experience of 'ocean drumming!'
About the facilitator: Sessions are organized by Nicholas Sager, MA (Transpersonal Counseling Psychology & Music Therapy), Music Therapist and non-profit Healthcare Leader. All are welcome. No prior musical experience required. Only a willingness to listen and play!
