A workshop exploring everyday objects, their impact on our lives and our relationships and connections with them through art and Theatre

A workshop exploring everyday objects, their impact on our lives and our relationships and connections with them through art and Theatre led by Julian Dobbin with Change, Act!


Expect a fun afternoon exploring objects that mean something to you through creative exercises like writing, drawing, poetry and making Theatre scenes.

You will work individually or in small groups and will not be pressurised to share your work


Who is the workshop for?

The workshop is open to anyone but especially those with lived experience of substance misuse or homelessness and will create a space of solidarity for people with these experiences


Access:

The venue has step free access and lift access to the first floor where the workshop will take place. There are accessible toilets on the ground floor and a break out space is available with fidget toys


Refreshments will be available including tea and coffee


This workshop is part of Change, Acts's project Playing the Lead Role, supporting members of Change, Act! to lead on their own projects. Thi is funded by National Lottery Community with thanks to Lottery players.
