OBC KLCC PM Program 

Days : Tuesdays and Thursdays (2 sessions per week)
Time : 6.45pm - 7.45pm (1 hour)
Venue : Field right behind Marble8 Restaurant and Bar  

With the exhilarating view of the iconic Twin Towers in the background, training at this location will always feel special. Our outdoor group fitness program is always fun and engaging with the constant support and camaraderie of the OBC Community as well as effective and safe with the supervision of well known Fitness Leaders in the industry.

To the Recruits that have signed up, a BIG WELCOME to OBC!

We will have a storage box for your belongings during the session.
You are required to meet your Instructor and fellow Bootcampers 10 mins before the session to finalize any admin requirements.
Do bring:
- water to hydrate yourself.
- change of clothes in case you get dirty during the session.
Do wear:
- Suitable running shoes that can provide protection, cushioning and traction for the outdoor exercises.
- Suitable outdoor workout clothing such as shorts, leggings or track pants.
- Suitable outdoor workout top that's comfortable and won't restrict your movement.
First Session Preparation
Since OBC is a moderate to high intensity program, we do recommend you to hydrate well and have a good night's sleep before the day of the session. Please do not eat heavy meals within 3 hours before the session so that you can go on without any discomfort to your digestive system. Very light snacks; 1/2 a banana an hour before the session is ample to sustain you throughout the session.

Aim to have easy-to-digest carbohydrates and fluids before you come out to train, some battle-tested options include fruit smoothie/protein shake, cereal bar or just plain fruit. Try to avoid dairy before you workout.
Please advise the Instructor/s if you have any medical or movement issues pertaining to exercise before the start of the session.

Our program focuses on camaraderie and the positive motivation of teamwork with a little bit of discipline added on. We ask for your commitment, and the amount of focus you put in equates to the results you get at the end of the program.
Our Instructors and your fellow bootcampers will support and motivate you throughout your fitness journey all the way to a much improved version of you!


Is there a Special Discount for Students?

Yes. You need to provide proof of a valid Student ID and must be below 25 years old to redeem the discount. Please email to get your unique Discount Codes.

Is the session On if it's raining?

Yes. If it's just rain (even though it's heavy) the session is still On. We will only cancel the session if there's lightning nearby and we can only decide there and then. The Instructor assigned for the session will be there to decide the necessary action.

What can/can't I bring to the event?

You just need to show up wearing your exercise gear at the venue before the start of the session. Your free Training T-shirt (only applicable on your first month) will be given on your first session.
Please bring water and change of clothes especially during the rainy season as the field might be muddy.

What happens when I miss a session?

Don't worry, you can replace the missed session at any of our other locations and timeslots. However the missed session must be replaced within the same program month.

Do I have to attend all my sessions at KLCC PM?

No. You can attend other locations and timeslots to fulfill the quota of sessions that you signed up provided you fulfill them within the same program month.
For example, a normal KLCC PM program has 8 sessions in 4 weeks. You can attend some or most of those sessions at KLCC PM while the rest at KLCC AM, PJA, PJB, PJ PM or KLB.

Are there any age limit to sign up?

Anyone 18 and above can join our program provided they are in good health with no major medical restrictions. If you are below 18 you need to have parental consent to sign up.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the venue?

You can park at the Multi Level Car Park located beside the As-Syakirin Mosque itself and opposite the Troika building. Please it is a paid parking facility.
