Let's be real: these systems seek to dysregulate our bodies at every turn especially while working towards liberation - violence towards our bodies, gaslighting what we know is true, everything this war machine can do to crush our spirits and extract energy from us.
We invite aligned community members to a portal of healing to recharge, reground & alchemize for collective liberation after days of tireless protest and advocacy. While we center trauma informed care, we know that there is no true rest and healing so long as colonial harm continues.
May our offering to the community help you walk with unshakeable peace, ground in the power of your spiritual guides (God, Spirit, Universe, angels, ancestors, etc), and make your liberation work sustainable for the long run. WE KEEP US SAFE!
What to Expect:
- A calming, grounding meditation to help you regulate your nervous system and come back to yourself
- A practical exercise to discover how your intuition naturally shows up (seeing, knowing, hearing, or feeling)
- Leave with tools and practices to aid in personal and collective liberation work
- Space to share and connect with others
This workshop helps you:
- Reclaim your intuition as a powerful tool for navigating life's challenges
- Feel clearer and more confident in your inner guidance
- Develop practices that keep you grounded and connected in the long-term
- Discover how your unique intuitive gifts can support you
- Walk away feeling more like you—empowered, rooted, and whole
