NYXX Cycle is a rhythm-based indoor cycling studio located in Norwood! The classes are a full body workout that is to the beat of the music and built by your instructor to be different every class. Our classes will encourage you to feel strong, motivated, and challenged. We are here to guide and encourage you to push beyond limits you never thought possible.

Don’t worry if you have never cycled before, ALL are welcome and we have created an inclusive environment that feels welcoming and encouraging! We are dedicated to YOUR personal growth. WHAT TO EXPECT:

You will be taking our X45 Class This 45-minute class combines various speeds, levels of resistance, and pieces of choreography. Each instructor builds their class to encourage you to feel strong, capable, and challenged. Wear comfortable workout clothes!

NOTE: If you have cycling shoes, SPD or Delta clips are compatible with our bikes. But if you do not have shoes, no worries we have shoes for you to use!
