Organized by
HIV Prevention and Literacy: Older Adults ( H.L.A):
Drawing on our nearly four decades of experience in HIV/AIDS prevention, ACRIA Centers at GMHC provides technical assistance, and capacity building to community-based organizations (CBOs) across the United States that serve people living with HIV and those at risk of HIV.
We lead training programs for non-clinical health service providers, people living with HIV/AIDS, and community members.
GMHC hosts partner engagement meetings targeted to providers who provide services to the aging community members. The goal of these meetings is to develop a network of providers, with expertise in providing services to the aging population, that informs best practices, and enhances service delivery.
Other Specialized Services for Adults ages 50 years and LTS include:
- The Healthy Aging Project
- The Terry Brenneis and David Boger Hub for Long-Term Survivors
- The Buddy Program
- Thriving @50 and Beyond Mutual Aid Group
