Our 2024 Festival Theme is Happiest Outside!

There’s something magical about the great outdoors that our family has always been drawn to, and it's where we find our ultimate happiness. Away from the clutter of daily life, the great outdoors offers so much peace and presence. The theme of this year's Yoga Festival is "Happiest Outside"!

Who's ready to celebrate the 2024 NYS Yoga Fest with us?! Some even like to call it "the happiest day of the year" .. and we are smiling ear to ear that we can provide that for our 7th year in a row!

Join us for the NYS Yoga Fest at the stunning Letchworth State Park on June 8, 2024 for a day of yoga, hiking, meditation, music, and exploring the work of local artisans.

Let’s recharge our souls as we practice yoga, learn new ideas, and make new friends in the great outdoors!

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Main Stage Yoga Classes

Feel the energy of the community join together from the very opening yoga class of the fest. Choose your yoga classes from a variety of styles and NYS teachers. All yoga classes will take place outside amongst the gorgeous sceneries of the park. After, you decide what classes you would like to take part in enjoy the shopping and treats provided by small businesses in Upstate NY.

Sweat Stage Classes

To include the following classes at the NYS Yoga Fest on June 8th you must purchase the add on ticket: "This City Sweats" Sweat Stage" All Access Pass at Checkout.

Workshops

11:15 - 12:00 - Yoga and Tie-Dye with Brett Richardson

Tie-dye yoga with Brett is an awesome way to express your creativity and have some fun while hanging out with Brett! You will start class by getting creative, using your art skills to tie-dye a Yoga With Brett tank top. After the creative center starts flowing, we will move to our mats and connect with a slow-flow yoga class infused with some fun music! This is an all-around fun workshop, with a shirt you get to take home and enjoy!

1:30 - 2:15 - Mushroom Cacao Ceremony with Yogi Josh

This revolutionary event starts with everyone collectively writing their intention on a poster board, encouraging a personally transformative experience. We then begin our mushroom cacao ceremony, dropping us in to deep heart opening and visionary experience. This Mushroom Cacao is a mixture of Chaga Mushroom (provided by Life Itself), ceremonial cacao, and honey. *It is completely non-psychoactive*

Hikyoga Classes

Hiking meets yoga, these are a favorite every single year, and this year we’re listening to your feedback and offering even more Hikyoga classes! Offered multiple times throughout the day, this is a great way to enjoy a casual hike and connect in a small group setting while being led in a relaxing yoga flow by a Hikyoga certified yoga instructor.

These classes are limited, so we recommend getting your ticket sooner rather than later so you don’t miss out!

Hikyoga classes offered at 9am, 11:15am, 12:15pm, 1:15pm. You must sign up ahead of time by purchasing your Hikyoga Ticket at Checkout.

From mindset workshops to kid friendly activities, we offer a variety of classes and activities hosted by incredible local experts. Sign up with a friend to learn a new skill or show off your own expertise!
