About this event

  • 3 hours

Join us at the Bronx Library Center for a Day of Civics, hosted by Teen Civics Ambassadors from The New York Public Library. Our program encourages civic engagement amongst teens in their communities.

Teen Civics Ambassadors work to improve civic engagement with teen patrons, focusing on topics like voting, history, LGBTQ, rights, as well as other current issues. During this event, you can learn about what civics means to teens and how it can affect you.

We have plenty of activities and workshops planned, so you can learn more about topics like the school system and environmental justice. Plus, we've got some tasty refreshments and food available for all attendees for FREE! Don't miss out on the fun!
