The goal of this course is to prepare prospective restaurant, bar, and food service operators for opening a business NYC.

Course Overview : We will quickly recap the topics from NYC Restaurant Academy Level 1, and then discuss key topics involved in preparing to open, hiring and training a team, and opening and operating a new business in NYC.

Format: Online via Zoom.

Upon completing the 3-course series, you'll receive free 1:1 assistance to help you create a tailored business plan for your restaurant concept.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to take all 3 courses in the same month?

No! You can spread it out if you'd like. We are offering all classes once per month in May, June and July. You can take all 3 in one month, or one per month, whatever combination is best for you.

Do I need to register for each part separately?

Yes. You are required to register for each session, 3 in total.

Are all of the sessions online?

No. Level 1 and Level 2 are both delivered online via zoom webinar. Business Planning will be taught in-person in lower Manhattan.

Do I have to take them in order?

Yes, completion of Parts 1 and 2 are pre-requisites for attending the in-person Part 3.

Can I take Level 3 without first completing Levels 1 and 2?

You must complete Level 1 and Level 2 courses before taking Level 3, as they provide essential insights necessary for success in the next level.
