NYC Data Visualization Society – [Low Key] Outdoor Picnic

Let's restart our in-person events with a low key picnic in Brooklyn Bridge park!

Hang out with cool data viz people in Brooklyn Bridge park! (We're going to be restarting our in-person meetups – this first low key picnic is a warm up.)

About this event:

• Low key picnic.
• Bring your own food / drinks / blankets / picnic apparatuses.
• We'll be meeting up at 2PM and staying until 4:30PM.
• If the weather forecast predicts rain, we'll figure out a backup plan. (Either an indoor location or a raincheck.)

About the location:

• We chose Brooklyn Bridge park because it's beautiful, accessible, and has nice public bathrooms.
• We will be meeting on the "Bridge View Lawn" (see image below of exact location)
• We'll have a large visible object with our group to help you better identify us. (Working concept = wind sock on a 10 foot pole?)
