田所史之氏プロフィール: 田所史之 タドコロ フミユキ 1963.4.8生まれ 実家が福島県内の小さな味噌屋で誕生、現在55歳。 大学を2年で中退後、21歳でFCのらーめん店、居酒屋、レストラン等事業を始めるが、35歳で倒産。 5年間のサラリーマン生活を経て、再度40歳で有限会社トライを設立。 「味噌は日本人の宝物」を掲げ、現在、直営、フランチャイズを含め、日本国内107店舗、海外15店舗、合計122店舗を展開中。
