Membership criteria:
- Member of a local/state/federal/military law enforcement agency
- Member of a local/state/federal criminal justice system
- Member of a financial institution
- Member of corporation or business that is at risk for electronic crimes or specializes in cyber-security
- Employed as a cyber-security specialist
- Member of an academic institution involved in academic research or instruction pertaining to electronic crimes
