Complete the following tasks along with the required documentation and be entered to win one of 14 prizes!

  • Complete the wellness assessment
  • Create a wellness goal
  • Try 5 new healthy recipes
  • Practice guided meditations once weekly
  • Participate in 10 minutes of purposeful exercise 3 times weekly
  • Join one of our online group coaching sessions (or attend all 3 for an extra entry into the drawing!)
  • Complete the lifestyle log
  • Go for 3 walks with your coworkers
