Because hydrated humans are down for anything! As part of our 20th birthday celebration, we are committed to hosting the biggest, best, most exciting birthday bash, worthy of epic workouts and incredible reasons to stay hydrated morning, Nuun, and night!

Time: Varies depending on workout
Location: Lakeview, Chicago, IL (exact address will be shared with participants 3-days prior)

What should I wear?

Comfortable workout clothes and shoes made for muuvment. Be prepared for anything! Expect the unexpected!

What should I bring?

A ready-for-anything attitude. This is going to be all about fun!

Will the location have parking? Or be accessible via public transportation?

Accepted Answer

Parking will be street parking, so if you are driving, plan enough time to find parking. If you have access to the L, it will be accessible via the Brown Line

Can I change workouts / days?

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate shifts in day/times once all the classes fill up.

How much fitness will I need to complete the workout?

All classes will have options for participants of all fitness levels!

Will there be a place on-site to store my belongings?

Yes, we will have a designated space to store your personal belongings during the workout.

Can I bring a non-registered guest?

Class sizes are limited so if your friends want to join (the more the merrier!) Please make sure they register before classes fill up.
