About this event

  • 1 hour

We get all sorts of conflicting nutrition information through the media, whether it’s our phones, computer TV or billboard ads and posters. We hear about detox programs, eggs are good, eggs are bad, artificial sweeteners, and apple cider vinegar, the list goes on! What is fact and what is fiction? Nutrition in Media explores these questions while helping you learn the red flags of questionable content, one topic at a time. Our first session will explore the topic of detox diets and cleanses.

Virtual and in-person (hybrid).

Please note: Upon registration, you will be receiving a confirmation email with a Microsoft Teams link if you would like to join virtually.
