Join us at the historic Canfield Casino Sunday, November 23rd at 11am for a whimsical event with tea, delicious treats, dancing, and holiday fun. Children and families will enjoy holiday shopping from local vendors and artisans and a silent auction. Delight in a live performance from the Nutcracker Suite along with a reading of the Nutcracker story. Don't forget to take your photo with Clara and the Sugar Plum Fairy!
*Shopping and Silent Auction in the parlor:
Enjoy holiday shopping from local vendors and artisans including Saratoga Dance, DB Trends, Play Hollow, The Yellow Corner Shop, Hook & Whimsy, Caz Acrez, and Miss Scartlett Boutique! Take pictures with the Sugar Plum Fairy, The Nutcracker, Clara, and other characters from the story. Place your bid on an exciting array of items available in the silent auction. Please note that the Ballroom will be closed to guests during this time.
*Tea Service in the Ballroom
Guests are invited into the ballroom. Savor a delicious tea service catered by 2Shea Catering. Breakfast pastries, tea sandwiches, seasonal fresh fruit, and a variety of sweet treats will be served with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and lemonade.
*Nutcracker Performance
Dancers from Saratoga Springs Youth Ballet will perform excerpts from the Nutcracker Ballet along with a narration of the beloved story.
*Silent Auction results
Silent Auction results will be announced. Don't forget to finish up your holiday shopping in the parlor on your way out!
