Nurturing Mothers' Support Circle at Maitrisage

Join Ericka Uter, Lightworker, Birth Doula, Montessorian and Founder of S.A.G.E. Mama Doula, for an evening spent in supportive, compassionate + nourishing circle for mothers seeking a safe space to both commune with other mothers + to find quiet moments to drop into their bodies and experience themselves perfect as they are in the present.

This Nurturing Mothers' Supportive Circle will include a relaxing guided meditation, a 'present moment' check-in, and other helpful practices to nourish the Mother Soul, utilizing breath, sound, and gentle movement.

This is a beautiful opportunity to fill up your own cup. Class is donation-based and open to all mothers with children of any age. Please come as you are. We are here to support you.
