Location: virtual via video conference. **You will receive instructions and a link for accessing the workshop via email. Having your camera on during the workshop is not necessary, but encouraged :)**

About the Presenters:

Morgan Walker, MS, RD, LDN is a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN) and owner of a private nutrition coaching practice, Elevate Sports Nutrition, LLC. She has experience working with clients of diverse backgrounds and nutrition needs, including athletic performance enhancement, weight management, and optimizing pre- and postnatal nutrition. Her mission is to educate, inspire, and empower her clients to make healthy eating fit seamlessly into their daily life. In addition to being a Dietitian, Morgan is also a mom. She has a 20-month old daughter and is expecting another baby boy late May!

Bridgett Twiford, MS, CSCS, CPT is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach who specializes in pre and postnatal fitness. She is the founder and owner of Taurus Health and Fitness, a strength and conditioning facility located in Myerstown, PA designed to help a diverse range of clients reach their fitness goals. Bridgett is also a new mom to be! She is expecting the arrival of her baby girl this coming May!
