Become a certified Nurturing Fathers Program® Facilitator

This 2-day training provides participants with the opportunity to become certified facilitators of the Nurturing Fathers Program — an evidence-based, 13-week parenting and fatherhood curriculum designed to strengthen families and improve child outcomes.

The Nurturing Fathers Program helps men:

  • Develop nurturing and effective parenting skills
  • Build stronger emotional connections with their children
  • Improve co-parenting communication
  • Foster safe, supportive home environments
  • Break cycles of negative parenting patterns

By becoming a certified facilitator, you will be equipped to implement this proven curriculum within your own organization or community.

During this hands-on training, participants will:

  • Learn the philosophy and framework of Nurturing Fathering
  • Practice leading weekly sessions
  • Review curriculum materials, videos, and assessment tools
  • Gain strategies for facilitating meaningful group discussions
  • Understand program fidelity and outcome measurement

This Training is lead by Frank Bedolla, a nationally recognized trainer in Nurturing Fathers Program.

Cost: $20 Nurturing Fathers Program (NFP) book + $89 NFP Facilitator Manual.
