Become a certified Nurturing Fathers Program®  Facilitator

This 2-day training provides participants with the opportunity to become certified facilitators of the <a href="https://ffcutah.org/programs/nurturing-fathers/" title="https://ffcutah.org/programs/nurturing-fathers/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Nurturing Fathers Program</a> — an evidence-based, 13-week parenting and fatherhood curriculum designed to strengthen families and improve child outcomes.The Nurturing Fathers Program helps men:<ul><li>Develop nurturing and effective parenting skills</li><li>Build stronger emotional connections with their children</li><li>Improve co-parenting communication</li><li>Foster safe, supportive home environments</li><li>Break cycles of negative parenting patterns</li></ul>By becoming a certified facilitator, you will be equipped to implement this proven curriculum within your own organization or community.During this hands-on training, participants will:<ul><li>Learn the philosophy and framework of Nurturing Fathering</li><li>Practice leading weekly sessions</li><li>Review curriculum materials, videos, and assessment tools</li><li>Gain strategies for facilitating meaningful group discussions</li><li>Understand program fidelity and outcome measurement</li></ul>This Training is lead by Frank Bedolla, a nationally recognized trainer in Nurturing Fathers Program.
