🌸 Nurture & Nourish: A Reiki Sound Healing and Health Q&A Community Event 🌸
Haven Wellness Spa and Alum Rock UMC have come together to bring you Nurture & Nourish, a free community event dedicated to honoring mothers and mother figures with healing, connection, and wellness support.
✨ What to Expect:
🍽️ Light breakfast to start the morning
🎶 Reiki Sound Bath in English & Spanish for deep healing and relaxation
💡 Health Q&A with our Holistic Health expert and MSN RN, offering guidance and resources
🥗 Light lunch and time to connect with others
Feel free to bring your own yoga mat or blanket to fully immerse yourself in the Reiki Sound Bath experience. If you prefer, we also offer pews and benches with cushions for comfortable seating. You’re welcome to bring a journal to reflect on your experience, but we’ll also provide a complimentary worksheet to guide your meditation and insights.
This event is a beautiful opportunity to nurture yourself and celebrate the incredible mothers in our lives.
📍 The Sanctuary & Parking
***The Sanctuary is located past the first parking lot upon entering. It is the building in the back. There will be signs posted.
Please feel free to park in the parking lot between the buildings.
