I've never participated in a healing circle before, what do I do?

Just show up! Make sure you log on with the link provided around 5 minutes before the circle is about to start, to minimize disruptions for all participants once we start. You will be guided every step of the way!

Do I need to have any materials ready or handy?

These are not required, but could enhance the sacredness of the experience: a candle for when we open the circle; if there are any essential oils you like, you may have it close to you while you are in circle; a journal and/or pen in case you want to take notes, or doodle to help you remain present
