In this workshop, we will explore several different techniques and exercises that will allow you to reflect on your life experiences. Oftentimes, we aren't able to reflect and process the array of emotions that arise during our day to day life. Writing allows us to pause, reflect, and nurture our mind and spirit. This workshop is also a space for connection and community. You are encouraged to share your experiences, insights and challenges, knowing that you're not alone in this journey. Let this be a space where we support and uplift one another as we strive to cultivate wellness in ourselves and in our communities.
