Participants will explore how procedural fluency extends beyond memorization to include flexibility, accuracy, efficiency, estimation, and the ability to apply mathematical procedures in meaningful contexts. Educators will examine the connection between procedural fluency and conceptual understanding and how both support reasoning and problem solving.
