Organized by

Nth3Crib is an In-House booking agency that provides performing arts and also has an In-House Youth Membership Program, which gives youth within the community the opportunity to develop and display their talents. Like shows called “The Jump Off Bring on Spring Talent Show” that take place every year in March, "The Summer Fest Talent show" that take place every year in June, "The Fall Fest Talent show" that take place every year in September, and then our biggest show of the year is "The Red Carpet Experience Talent Show " that take place in December, that will feature talented youths in the areas of music, fashion and arts. Our youths are provided an outlet in which they present their talents in front of a live audience. This opportunity aids them in furthering their stage presence, learning how to engage with an audience and via our partners, they will learn interview etiquette and how to interact with media. During intermissions, we have our sponsors speak, introduce our vendors and play interactive games with the participants, parents and audience. We also offer giveaways and raffles as a show of appreciation for those in the community who support our company and our youth participants.

Performers receive 3-5 minutes of performance time. The performing participants normally range from 4 to 17 years of age, consist of a diverse talent pool and a good mix of both boys and girls.

Age brackets are: 4-8, 9-14, and 15-17
