Join the Office of Undergraduate Research and Fellowships for an information session on the  <A HREF="https://undergraduate.northeastern.edu/research/awards/nsf-grfp-scholarship/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">NSF Graduate Research Fellowship</A> application. With a mission to "ensure the vitality of the human resource base of science and engineering in the United States and reinforces its diversity", the <A HREF="https://undergraduate.northeastern.edu/research/awards/nsf-grfp-scholarship/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">NSF GRFP </A> recognizes and supports outstanding graduate students in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics disciplines who are pursuing research-based Master's and doctoral degrees.  
Learn about how to craft a successful application -- we'll have examples from last year's record number of NU winners to learn from -- and strategize for your graduate school applications. 
This session is for GRADUATING SENIORS and GRADUATE STUDENTS who meet the following eligibility criteria. 
To be eligible, you must be a US Citizen, National or Permanent resident, applying directly out of undergraduate or a graduate student in the first year or beginning of the second year of your graduate program.  Graduate students may only apply once. 
For those who cannot attend in-person, virtual attendance is possible! Simply email URF@northeastern.edu after registering for the event, and let us know you'd like to attend virtually.
